EYES LIKE A CAR CRASH

anyway, I finally got some sandals so I can do proper spring looks.

I mean, doesn't black and gray just scream spring?!

the tag says this top is grey but I think it looks slightly purple, maybe it's just me

but purple is my favorite color and all the purple flowers seem

to be blooming!

it's strange how colors seem to bloom at once.

first it was the white and yellow flowers

then the pink, and now the purple.

I definitely prefer spring over summer because everything is green in summer

but during spring, there's lots of different colors which makes for more

interesting photography.

not to mention summer is humid and you can just imagine what that means

for me and my hair. ugh.

spring shopping

I've recently done a little spring shopping

it's not much because I'm an unemployed high school student who has to pay for all her own clothes!

however, I picked up a few springy items from Urban Outfitters and even though

it's not much, I already feel inspired to create lots of 

spring outfits.

I also bought a pair of sunglasses but I had trouble finding them on the website.

I think some of the items I picked would not be something I would've liked online

but when I found them in the store and tried them on,

I loved them!

DIY or die, right?

I absolutely love when someone compliments something I'm wearing and I can say,

"Thanks, I made it myself!"

hopefully I'll be able to do lots more DIY projects this summer.

and finally I think the nice weather is here to stay.

though I don't like some of the things that come along with it (oily skin, frizzy hair...)

it's a nice change to have the sun out.

also, I got my Urban Outfitter's package in the mail today! 

at last I have a pair of sandals so I can do more spring/summer looks without looking

A few weeks ago, I won this sweatshirt from this lovely blog

and I'm in love with it! 

I would normally never dress this casual to school, but this gem made an exception

someone even told me it made their day! plus it's really soft and loose

I think it will be perfect to throw in my bag for those chilly summer nights.

anyway, as I think I've mentioned, I'm in search of a cute pair of sandals

since I don't have any practical spring/summer shoes!

I adore this pair from H&M, so I'm crossing my fingers that they're available in the 

store this weekend.
